Every element. Every secret.

118 elements

The Elemondex is the full Elemon card list: all 118 elements of the real periodic table, each drawn as a monster and laid out in the same rows and columns chemists use. A card's color is its battle type, and each of the nine types is one region of the table.

  • Blast 12 cardsThe alkali and alkaline earth metals of groups 1 and 2, which react hard with water.
  • Life 7 cardsHydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus, sulfur and selenium, nonmetals living things are built from.
  • Acid 5 cardsThe halogens fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine and astatine.
  • Noble gas 6 cardsHelium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon and radon.
  • Crystal 6 cardsThe metalloids boron, silicon, germanium, arsenic, antimony and tellurium, between metals and nonmetals.
  • Metal 37 cardsThe transition metals plus aluminum, gallium, indium, tin, thallium, lead, bismuth and polonium.
  • Rare Earth 15 cardsThe lanthanides, lanthanum to lutetium.
  • Nuclear 15 cardsThe actinides, actinium to lawrencium.
  • Synthetic 15 cardsElements 104 to 118, made in labs and gone in a blink.

Some matchups are real science, like halogens corroding metals. Others are game rules. See how the nine types match the real element families.
